Ms. Esther M. Loper

Esther M. Loper was born November 20, 1937, to Emma Adkins (Owens) and Foster Adkins, Sr. in Casscoe, Arkansas. She was the seventh of ten children. In 1956 she moved to Milwaukee and continued her education at North Division High School where she graduated in 1957. Esther retired from Milwaukee Public Schools after 30 years of service. She loved her church and served in several capacities over the years including the evangelism ministry, vacation bible school, and the mother’s board. There will be a celebration of her life and her legacy on Friday November 10, 2023. Visitation is at 12pm and the service will begin at 1pm. The visitation and service will be at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church 3456 N. 38th Street Milwaukee 53216.
