We celebrate the life of Mr. Billy Morgan with Great Sadness in our hearts we remember the life of a loving Son, Brother and dear friend. Mr. Morgan's Life will be celebrated on July 29th, 2023, at The Banks Chapel of Peace 2535 N. Teutonia Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53206. Viewing begins at 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm. Funeral celebration begins at 1:00pm. Please pray for the family in this hour.
